Consumers Guarantee / Returns & Refund Policy

Pine Needle Products does not supply goods on a sale or return basis. We are not obligated to refund items unless they are defective or damaged. We will of course meet all our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

All Orders

Incorrectly ordered or incorrectly despatched products will be credited for in full, if returned to us promptly (2-3 days) and unopened. We can credit your credit card account for the amount charged. Postage is not refundable on returns. All exchanges and reorders will be charged the standard delivery charge.

Goods Damaged in Transit

Claims for damages or loss of goods in transit must be made to the appropriate carrier. We will of course assist in this process via your feedback.
